10:00 AM. Customers will be charged an additional night service charge if the customer is not checked-out on time. Due to recent problems involving unnecessary damages to cabins and excessive cleaning needs, customers will be charged $25-$100 should unnecessary damage be found at check-out or the facility requires excessive cleaning.

PETS NOT ALLOWED IN CABIN OR IN CABIN AREA OF PARK.

RESTRICTIONS:
Tents and camping units are not permitted on Full Service Cabin sites.

ALCOHOL POLICY:

The consumption or possession of an open container of an alcoholic beverage will be prohibited in all state park areas with the exception of interior areas of full-service cabins and motorhomes.

MINIMUM STAY:
There is a 7 night minimum stay from Saturday-Saturday JUNE 8 - AUG 24, 2013. You must reserve for a total of 7 nights. All other times a 2 night minimum stay. Holiday weekends (May 1 - September 30) will require a 3 night minimum stay.

2014: 7 night minimum stay, June 14 - August 23, 2014

FIREWOOD RESTRICTION:
Due to the potential threat of the Emerald Ash Borer, the Maryland Department Natural Resources has prohibited the importation of personal firewood into all DNR owned and managed properties. Pleas do not bring firewood with you from home when visiting a DNR property.

INSECT NUISANCE:
Insects may be a nuisance at certain times of the year. Gnats, biting flies, mosquitoes, and ticks may be a problem during the spring, summer and fall. The park is located in a forest environment which could result in a problem with wood roaches, crickets, and mice.

QUIET HOURS:
Quiet time will be maintained in the campground from10:00 pm to 7:00 am.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Cabins are open year round. Each cabin is located along the canal with three docks shared by the four cabins and the conference center. No mooring at docks. Beach area accessible by boat only.

GENERAL INFORMATION:
Each cabin is equipped with a bathroom, fireplace w/gas logs, heat and air conditioner, screened porch, refrigerator, stove, microwave, cooking/eating utensils for six, coffee pot, toaster, hot water, 2 single beds in 2 bedrooms & loft, and a double bed in the 3rd bedroom. Bed linens, blankets, and pillows are not provided. Cabin 1 and 4 are equipped with stairs, and cabins 2 and 3 are equipped with a ladder to access the loft. Bedroom floors are carpeted; common areas have laminate floors.
