Billing

You can view your order and billing statement by clicking on My Reservations & Account on the main menu toolbar. On the Account Overview page you can see your current and past reservation activity along with order details.


Reservation Status

Information about your current & past reservations are accessible on the My Account menu.  Each reservation is assigned a number and status.

Reservation Status Indicators

Active: Your reservation is still active but waiting for confirmed status.

Confirmed: Payment has been received and your reservation is confirmed.

Unconfirmed: Payment has not been received and your reservation is not confirmed.

Cancelled:  Your reservation has been cancelled and the site selection item has been returned to inventory making it available to others.

 


Cancel a Reservation

To cancel a reservation, access the reservation details listed in your Current Reservations. From the reservation details, click on the link Cancel Reservations.
