Policies And Discounts

Length of Stay: Campers will be limited to a maximum two week stay. Persons who have stayed in a campground two-weeks must vacate the park for at least one week before re-registering.

Between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend campers are required to stay 2 nights on the weekend, Friday and Saturday. Saturday arrivals or departures are not permitted during this time unless you are reserving 7 or more nights.

During holiday weekends there is a 3 night minimum requirement. You must reserve Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Full Size Cabin Minimum Requirements

Between the second Saturday in June and the Saturday before Labor Day weekend all Full Size cabins must be rented for a 7 or 14 day stay arriving on Saturday and departing on Saturday. During the remainder of the year there is a 2 night minimum requirement.

Full Size Cabin Discount

When reserving Full Size Cabins for 7 nights your last night will be free. You will receive 7 nights for the price of 6.

Golden Age Pass

Persons 62 years of age and older with Maryland Park Service Golden Age Pass are entitled to half-price camping Sunday - Thursday, excluding Holidays. Display of Golden Age Pass will be required upon check-in. Additional service charges will be applied if unable to provide proof of valid pass. Golden Age Pass is not valid on Full Size Cabins and Shelters, you will be charged full price.

CAMPING CANCELLATIONS

Any changes or cancellations made after processing this reservation up to the close of business the day prior to the scheduled arrival date there will be a $6.00 per night cancellation service charge. Cancellations made on the scheduled arrival date, you must contact the park directly, there will be a charge of one nights camping service charge for each reservation, as well as the $6.00 per night cancellation service charge for each additional night. No refunds will be issued for no shows or for cancellations or early departures after the day of arrival. Reservation fees are non-refundable.

To modify/cancel reservations made with a credit card, customers must be able to verify the credit card number.

Any changes or cancellations made after processing this reservation up to 46 days or more or prior the scheduled arrival date there will be a $6.00 per night cancellation service charge. Cancellations made 45 days or less prior to the scheduled arrival date there will be a charge of one night's cabin rental, as well as the $6.00 per night cancellation service charge for each additional night. Cancellations made on the date of arrival, you must contact the park directly. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or for cancellations or early departures after the day of arrival. Reservation fees are non-refundable.

Cancellations made 8 to 45 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, there will be a charge of 50% of the reservation service charge. Cancellations made on the date of arrival, you must contact the park directly. No refunds will be issued for cancellations or made seven days or less in advance of the scheduled arrival date. Reservation fees are non-refundable.

If you need to change or cancel your reservation prior to your arrival date please contact the MD DNR reservation center at 1-888-432-2267. If you need to cancel your reservation on or after your arrival date, please call the park directly. Reservation fees are non-refundable.
